Pese a que el rumor había surgido hace un tiempo, recién ahora el cofundador del sitio Stewart Butterfield expresó que “pronto” estará el servicio disponible para los usuarios.
Mike Folgner, General Manager de Yahoo Video (dueña de Flickr) adelantó: “El sitio de archivos compartidos Flickr estará tabién agregando video”, expresó. La idea, claro, es recuperar el terreno perdido en el mundo Web y salirle a competir al histórico y pionero You Tube, propiedad de Google.
Lo que sí promete es ser bastante cómodo para aquellos que deseen bajar todos sus recuerdos después de unas vacaciones. Sin la necesidad de tener que ir a otro sitio para poder hacerlo. Promete. Que no decepciones. Y que venga pronto.
